Information used

We read shop identity and product/variant IDs, titles, product status and Charge tax settings. We do not request customer or order access, calculate tax or add storefront scripts.

We store metadata snapshots, approved baselines, findings, scan and action history, and Shopify sessions/access tokens. Shopify sessions may contain staff identity fields. We do not sell data.

Providers and retention

Railway hosts the app and PostgreSQL. Shopify supplies authentication and billing. Scan/action history and resolved incidents are retained for 30 days and pruned after completed scans. Current baselines and open incidents remain while installed. Verified uninstall and shop-redaction webhooks delete active records and sessions. Hosting backups follow the provider’s retention policies.
